Does anybody out there know of a PD package that translates *roff (nroff,
troff) source files to scribe files?  The same for TeX -> scribe.

We at intel have only scribe for the laser printers and would like to be
able to print out the man pages and other items that appear on the net in
nroff format.

Any pointers/help would be appreciated.  We prefer sources.
