Documenter's Worbench Software Release 2.0 includes indexing using 
subj and ndx commands.   


subj 		creates a list of subjects for your index.

		subj *selected files* > index.o  


ndx		creates your index.


		ndx index.o "mm -rW80 -rN2 *selected files* > INDEX
