Background:
		There are two seperate user communities (A and B) on one Vax.
	The leaders of group A want to have members of A read information that
	members of group B can't read.  There are more than 100 members in
	both groups.   


Can you suggest an implementation method for both 4.1 and 4.2 BSD U*nix?
