Would you PLEASE quit cluttering UNIX-WIZARDS with inane
postings about possible meanings for .bss?  Already many
actual UNIX wizards have dropped out from this group due
to the high noise to signal ratio.  If you're not a
wizard but feel compelled to talk about UNIX anyway, use
the INFO-UNIX (aka net.unix) mailing list instead.
