One place you might want to go to is Turbacks Restaurant just outside of
Ithaca NY.  They specialize in NY Wines and have a Nitrogen system so
that they can sell wine by the glass. (The system forces nitrogen into an
opened bottle of wine, thus preventing the wine from spoiling after it
has been opened).  It is supposed to be pretty good. (I wouldn't know - 
I don't drink).
