      We are considering a project to produce a standard library of 
Combinatorial algorithms, much as there are libraries of Mathematical
software.  Combinatorial computing covers a large area, including graph
algorithms, searching/sorting, computational geometry, linear programming
and optimization, but we are planning to start with graph algorithms.

      We are interested in any feedback on applications for such a
package, as well as suggestions for specific problems and references
to good algorithms for them.  This work is in an early enough stage
that we are mostly interested in assessing the need and applications
