So what's new ?  Corruption is deep rooted in every third world
country.  It prevails in US too, except that usually you can't
buy your way out for 2 bucks !  Look at all the problems
Ed Koch is having with NYC officials and the problems Regan
had with Donovan.
Corruption is human and so long as human beings are there with
all their weaknesses, you can't eliminate it.
So let us not waste our time on this topic please !
