After the service had ended and I had exchanged various New Year's greetings, I was making my way out of the building alone. I started down the steps leading from the Auditorium's entrance, and noticed three people sitting on the steps, apparently waiting for the building to clear out, so that they could do whatever they were going to do in there. I did a double take. They were attired, shall we say, as if they were participating in Animal House's most famous party scene. Well, for a serious punster, such opportunities only come along maybe once a year, and being full of the holiday spirit, I wasn't about to let this one pass me by. As I walked past them, I murmurred, "Shanah Toga!" Happy New Year, Ken Kaufman (uiucdcs!kaufman | kaufman@a.cs.uiuc.edu)
