What I actually said was that the fundamental weakness of any pornography control system can be seen when they get around to the issue of keeping movies like "Last Tango in Paris" while banning movies like "Deep Throat." The weakness in the current system is that it requires a court ruling on whether or not a piece of work is art--hardly the kind of thing we want the judiciary to decide. The Attorney General's commission, if I am not mistaken, talks about films/magazines which are intended for nothing but sexual arousal.
