Oral sex is one thing; urine is another. I have a feeling that nature intended urine to be disgusting, so we curious humans wouldn't be inclined to go drinking any. After all, one could make a stronger case against loving people's bodies in general. See _Der Ackermann und Der Tod,_ for instance.
