Some of the services are better than others. There are several here in Central Ohio that have a VERY nice track record. In general, The ratio of "matches" to "non-matches" seems to be about the same as any other way of meeting. The major difference between meeting someone through "computer matching" and meeting at, say, a party, is that with the former you find out all about their interests, likes, job, physical stats, etc. first. With the latter, you immediately find out if there's any "chemistry". With either method, you find out the other part later. Sometimes both are there, sometimes not. I find that meeting someone in person first works better for me. I go to parties, singles dances and groups, AYH and Sierra club activities, church, etc. The only place I don't find women to date seems to be at WORK! I find more than enough women to date and be friends with this way. Every now and then, I find someone special! Carl -- Carl "Fatha" Yaffey cbosgd!cbdkc1!cly 614-860-3399
