I kept waiting for someone else to mention this, but since no one has: Urine is sterile! Unless you have a urinary tact infection, urine is sterile! It may contain some chemical nasties which you body wants to eliminate, but it does not contain any germs, microbes, or anything biologically active. In fact if you need to rinse a wound in the wilderness, the recommended solution is warm urine. [repeatedly DRINKING large quantities of urine will confuse your kidney's (those chemical nasties keep building up), but basically the stuff is ok]
