Thank you.  There are any number of others who do the same things but
who don't have the courage or honesty to see how their actions cause
their pain, and simply look for others to blame.  And yes, guys do the
same often enough.  I might do the same except that I make judgements
very early, and end up wanting too desperately too quickly.

But where does that leave us?  Does it mean that the only way a nice guy
can get someone he desires is to lie to her and pretend he cares less
than he does...to act like the jerks, and then hope not to get caught up
in the role and truly become one?
