Cramer Likewise murderers executed, etc. This is an unfortunate but simple fact that people who gather data about the deterrent effects of this kind of punishment in the law or that kind or punishment in the law seem to ignore. Note ``seem to''. I haven't read any studies. (Freely admitted ...)
