This is a peculiar statement, in as much as the Constitution does not mention either a right to privacy or a right to bear children. Both of these rights, to the extent that they are Constitutionally protected, are based on interpretation and inference, rather than on explicit guarantees. Have you not read the Constitution? -- David desJardins Note: Some state constitutions do mention an explicit right to privacy. This includes California's, I believe.
