This same commission, arguing that there's been no serious reason to fear prosecution since 1974, is the bunch who sent out the notices that so frightened 7-11 that 7-11 no longer carries Playboy or Penthouse. No "chilling effect"? Perhaps they wrote that BEFORE they scared the pants on to 7-11. Playboy has reportedly planned a "Girls of 7-11" feature in retaliation. *I* am no longer shopping there. By the way, a chain in Cleveland, confronted with customers who felt that Playboy and Penthouse SHOULD be removed from the shelves, took a "vote". The vote went overwhelmingly in favor of keeping the magazines.
