My apologies to Mr. Arndt for suggesting that he was new to the net.  
What I meant to say was that he appeared to be new to the talk.religion.misc
newsgroup, as I had not seen comments from him before the recent rash of
postings.  Since I don't read every newsgroup on the net I could have no
way of knowing whether or not he was new to it.  I still think his
arguments are flawed, as has been pointed out by others.
