Is this for real? First of all, what you describe sounds like what happens at least every 30 seconds on any roadway in Massachusetts, and I *know* that every one of those folks aren't Christian... :-) Secondly, I'm a Christian who's been driving for 17 years without a single violation or any major accident. Not only do I think of myself as a good driver, but the states in which I've lived must think so, too (why else would they issue me those great safety citations every year?). Furthermore (and I know you'll be *really* disappointed by this), I don't have a single bumper sticker of *any* sort on my car! But then, I don't think it's the clever proclamations of bumper stickers and the like that demonstrate one's faith anyway. It takes a great deal *more* than that to show the world who or what you believe in. I suggest that the person who made this original observation must have had a bad day. Nobody seriously makes generalizations like this... I just hope they don't do it again (groan). -- ------------------------------------------------------------------- Maggie Daniel Apollo Computer Chelmsford, Mass. {yale,uw-beaver,decvax!wanginst}!apollo!maggie 617-256-6600 (x7820) -------------------------------------------------------------------
