A subversive plot to force all of those sites in New Jersey (you know
the ones--those who don't instruct their users not to post
car-for-sale notices to net.general) off the net?  After all, how will
they know to update their active newsgroup list?  They'll wonder why
they haven't seen a joke in net.jokes in more than several months ...
