Also, Brick beer (a small independent in Waterloo,Ontario) doesnt have *ANY* extraneous chemicals, they use a very elabrate filtration system in the process to prevent continuous fermenting and other things during shelf life -- to me this un-pasteurized, un-chemical beer does have a different taste (Also, they are AIMING at a German taste) than other Canadian beers -- but quantities of this beer can be rough on the olde digestive track :-) :-) ;-} - Ken Dykes Software Development Group, U. of Waterloo Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
