I have yet to see *any* news come in under *any* of the new
newsgroups at my site.  I assume that some other site(s) upstream
from us must do something but I don't know who or how or when.
I am not my site's administrator but I'm wondering if I should
just sit and wait patiently because someone out there is directing
all this change over to make sure it gets done.  I sort of doubt
that but I can always hope. Does anyone know how this changeover
is actually going to be accomplished?
