Being new to
the net, I'd love to know about all the source
programs I see referred to in the various
newsgroups.  Can these be downloaded directly
through the net?  (If so, how?)  This may seem
like a dumb question to those of you who've been
out there longer, but I'd appreciate any help I
can get.  If not directly available, where does
one find said sources?
