If anyone knows of any electronic bulletin boards that deal with
the subject of the handicapped in any manner or have any special 
facilities for the handicapped, please let me know via e-mail.

I am puttting together a list of such BBS's and will publish it in the
Handicap Digest as well as post it to comp.sys.micro.
