The subcarrier will have to be phase locked to the system clock. b. You will have to add your own encoder circuit. The chip to use is the Motorola MC1377. c. You will have to build your own subcarrier oscillator. 3) It is possible to add the Atari modulator provided that the subcarrier is phase locked to the system clock.
