Is there any source for italic Greek characters for PostScript?
The Greek characters in the PostScript Symbol font are roman,
but our convention is to use italic characters for equations.

Obliquing the available characters is less than ideal, although
possible.  Luckily we don't need sans-serif Greek characters.
