	For Ricoh LP-4120 parts we've found that Horizon Technology
(distributor) in Texas provides prompt delivery and good prices.
Their number is (214) 680 9600.  If you have a hard time mapping part
into part number the person to speak to is Victor Cashman.
	The Ricoh LP-4120 is the print-engine in the Imagen 12/300
and the H-P 2688A laser printers.  Our 4 units have fuser drawer problems
every 40,000 pages or so that led us to seek out the best deal.
