lets see, on my MVII with RD53 and big systartup, about 6-9 minutes after
the 7.6.....
on one with fuji super eagle, about 2 minutes with same systartup...

as for diagnostics, I remember reading somewhere that you CAN avoid them, let
me check, but the longest time period is for checking the RAM (up to 10 minutes
for 16Mbytes....
