What protocol to DEC ethernet terminal servers use?
Is it DEC's or is it a public standard?

DEC uses it's own Local Area Terminal (LAT) protocol. I'm not sure if it's
public, but third party vendors are using it. An especially interesting
example is Datability's RAF package for PCs.
