I would like to create a list of available network tools in addition to jnet.

Servers, gateways, mailers, procedures to register on BITSERVE/NETSERVE,
chat programs and what more you have ... are welcome.

Please send a short description of your own written tool containing:

        a) Name of the tool
        b) Purpose
        c) Brief description
        d) Operating System and Version
        e) Name of the Author
        f) Address to get the tool

I will distribute the list over network and I will enter it into the most
popular network databases.
