Help! I've just gotten decnet installed on an asynchronous DMF-32 line, 
and I can't seem to copy files across the link! I get "insufficient privelege
or file protection violation".  I'm logged into the SYSTEM account with all
priveleges, and I'm trying to copy a small file from [SYSMGR] to [SYSMGR].
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
