Cocerning the UNIBUS MAP REGISTER EXCEEDED crash that I previously
described, another user has told me that they also experienced a similar
crash, and that there is a problem with the LCDRIVER.  Another user
mentioned that they had thought that they saw a patch for the LCDRIVER
in V4.5 that might be related to fixing the problem.  I subsequently
found that my spooler software that I was using was sending incorrect
information via a QIO, and that caused the situation.  Most users will
probably not run into the problem.
