I am having a problem using KERMIT to talk to a DF112 modem.  When I try
connecting to the line, I get a device timeout error.  The utility VAXNET
will allow me to dial out over the line.  The computer people have not
been able to help me
with this.  Please reply to me directly since I am not a subscriber to this
mailing list.
