First the Good:
	The Virgin Prunes are to tour Amurika this fall.  Goldenvoice, who
promote most of the punq/post-punq gigs of note in L.A., have asked 
Factory (a band whose members we are quite friendly with) to open for
them.  Tentative date is sometime in November (for L.A.).  Keep your
eyes/ears open ...

Gratuitous Plug:  anybody out there interested in `What local shit Post Punq
JPL Computer Scientists listen to' can drop me e-mail and I'll send you
an address to get Factory's 4 song `Social Abyss' cassette.

Some outfit in the UK is putting out 12" EPs of old John Peel sessions ...
