Jeff,
	I can assure you that DDN Basic and DDN Standard X.25 work
in PSN 6.0.  Also, there is no version of the PSN called 6.1.  The
next version of the PSN is 7.0 and it is expected to be deployed in
the ARPANET in the next few months.
