	Check out the two volume set, "Parallel Distributed Processing - 
Explorations in the Microstructure of Cognition" by McClelland and 
Rumelhart, MIT Press, 1986. In particular, the second volume is on 
Psychological and Biological models. The references you cite (e.g., Weiner,
Hebb) are classics. However, there has been some significant breakthroughs
in the past few years in the area of connectionist models, both as new avenues
for AI and as a theoretical perspective relating neurophysiology to cognitive
processing.
