The Electronic Communication Privacy Act of 1986, most recently known 
as HR 4952, was signed into law by President Reagan on October 2.
It now is known as Public Law 99-508.  Meanwhile, the Senate report
number 541 which explains the bill is at the printer.  Requests for 
copies may be filed through the offices of senators and 
representatives.  Additional information will be in the January issue
of QST.  AR
