The Southern Bell central office serving NCSU will be installing
a Northern Telecom DMS-100 next month.  I'm wondering if we are
in danger of running into problems with error bursts when using
modems.  
A few months ago there were postings of these such problems which
might have been due to clock synchronization/slippage events.
Does anyone know about the current status?
