If you have something relevant to say about Information Centers, Large
VAX site management, DECsystem-10's or DECSYSTEM-20's send me an article.

I prefer that submissions be sent to me electronicly but I will take
articles in just about any form; BACKUP, DUMPER, VMS-BACKUP, TAR, ASCII,
hardcopy.  I also prefer that the text be unformatted ASCII without
RUNOFF, TeX or SCRIBE (or what have you) commands embeded.
