   IBM markets a graphics library called
      "IBM Personal Computer Plotting System Library".
   This library is callable from the following languages

      IBM Personal Computer Basic Compiler, Version 1.00 or later
      Lattice C Compiler, Version 2.00 or later (I have had problems with 3.00)
      IBM Personal Computer FORTRAN Compiler, Version 2.00 or later
      IBM Professional Fortran Compiler

   The output from the library is device independent, with device drivers
being available for all of the devices you have indicated.
 
   I am not positive about this, but the package may actually have been written
   by GSS (I forget what the initials stand for).
