Before you run the online program with 1.2 you must go into CLI and type:
setmap usa0. The setmap program gets the correct keymap for Online! and
other programs to work with the 1.2. Online! does no-no's with the keymap
and C-A was nice enough to provide something to deal with this problem
which only occurs in the VT emulation mode even though it was because
the of not following C-A's restrictions on use of the keymap. Supposedly
you can also put the setmap command in your startup-sequence batch file,
but I cannot get the command to work from there yet.
