   You do not mention if you are attempting to use the un-implemented
(as stated in docs) DUALPF ViewModes flag in your NewScreen structure,
or are changing a normal screen to DualPF.  

   I have just sent Jim Mackraz's Dual Playfield Screen example to
the mod.amiga.sources moderator.  Hope it helps.
