Since the subject of printer drivers was brought up:  I would be
forever in debt to anyone who could send me the source to a C. Itoh
Prowriter or NEC 8023A printer driver that will compile under Lattice
or the new Manx compilers - I have one of those cheapo NEC PR103A
printers, and the binaries of C. Itoh drivers I have come across come
very close, but really screw up on graphics stuff...
