I don't know if this will help but International Solutions was selling
products of a French company called Version-Soft.  Version-Soft is still
in business because they have a program out for the //gs.  Their stuff
is being distributed by Activision.  Maybe Activision can help you either
get the upgrade or put you in touch with someone at Version-Soft who can
get you the upgrade.
