I think I've tried every combination possible (times, names), but I still can't figure it out - the same program *always* boots first! Thanks in advance, They are supposed to run in the order in which they appear in the folder. This is *not* they order that the desktop lists them, and it is only the order in which they were written if nothing has been deleted. (A deleted file opens up a "slot" into which the next file is placed.) There is no way to list the actual order of files from the desktop, but some command shells have a folder list command that lists the files in their native order rather than sorting them first. So to be safe, start with an empty AUTO folder and then copy in the files in the order that you want them to run. --Mike Fischer -------
