Does anybody have any advice as to choosing between available hard disks
for the ST?  Specifically, does anybody have any information about a
comparison of quality (and, most importantly, speed) between the Supra
and the Atari 20M drives?

And, out of curiosity, does anybody have any idea how they compare (in
speed) to Mac hard drives and XT (or AT) drives?
