First, turn off the printer. Remove the clear plastic cover above the dip switches. Flip dip switch #2 to the off position. Replace the cover. Then install the pana1091.hex printer driver. I'll post this next. Now you should be able to print out just about every character in the font table (no Hebrew). Hope this is useful, Eric Bergman-Terrell
