I recently came across the address info-atari16.  Not knowing exactly what
it is, I assume that it's a bulletin board for ST users.  Is this the case?
If so, can I get on the mailing list or access the information by some other
means?  In contrast to the Bay Area, the ST seems be be a rare beast in our
part of the world, and it would be useful to have people to communicate with.
