Due to repeated requests, I have uuencoded HTB.PRG (the program
that converts from hex-dumps to binary, ignoring comments (anything
from '*' to end of line).

To lessen traffic, email me if you want it and I'll send it.
(I'll post it on mod.atari16.sources (or whatever it is) once somebody
tells me how to get onto that...)
