I am having problems running certain write-protected programs on my 1040.
I checked the speed of the internal drive (using a program from one of
the BBSs) and it was 304.5 rpm.  My external (SF314) drive was 301.5 rpm.
What is the correct speed (300 rpm?), and how do I adjust it?
