Some time ago I got a cheap old Hesmodem IIa (without a
manual) for my Commodore 64.
Though I do have adequate software, I would like to write programs for it
myself.  Does anyone out there know how to do the simple functions on
the Hesmodem, like taking the phone off the hook, hanging up, dialing,
detecting carrier, etc.
